The Art of Weaving
On our looms, equipped with Italian, French and Belgian technology, every fabric takes on its character from the way each yarn is lifted and lowered.
In jacquard weaving every warp thread is controlled individually, allowing large-repeat, free-flowing and multi-coloured designs to be woven into the fabric itself. From abstract lines to classic motifs, every form our designers imagine is woven — not printed — into the cloth.
In dobby weaving the warp threads move in groups of heald frames, creating rhythmic, textured and durable surfaces such as herringbone, chevron, panama and small geometric structures. They are the foundation of timeless, understated upholstery fabrics that suit any space.
Collections
Our fabrics fall into three categories: Modern, Classic and Velvet. Alongside unlimited colour options, we offer thousands of designs and weave structures.
We create aesthetics with matte colours exclusive to our company, favouring bouclé, chenille, cotton and fancy yarns.
Lustrous yarns and thousands of colours that bring elegance to the home — fabrics whose aesthetic presence has enchanted our customers for years.
Both modern and classic looks. Flame-retardant, water-resistant and easy to clean — we produce the finest velvets.
Every year Vallini Textile ships millions of metres of fabric worldwide, helping customers achieve higher efficiency at lower cost throughout their purchasing and marketing processes.

Our Story
As Yücel Mensucat San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., we entered the textile industry trading upholstery fabrics. Putting customer satisfaction first and never compromising on quality, we soon began manufacturing the products we sold.
We started producing upholstery fabrics on 15,000 m² of covered space in Bursa Demirtaş Organised Industrial Zone, reaching a capacity of 500,000 metres of velvet and jacquard fabric per month.
Our facilities run looms built on Italian, French and Belgian technology. New investments continue; we follow innovation closely and work in step with the world.
We export the majority of our production. In Türkiye we serve customers through our Bursa İnegöl and Ankara stores, our sister companies Yücel Mensucat Masko Ltd. Şti. (İkitelli, Bayrampaşa) and Yücel Mensucat Modoko Ltd. Şti. — five showrooms in total — and dealers in every region of the country.
Production
Because we use a great deal of natural yarn, the delicacy of our fabrics is of the utmost importance to us.
With our finishing lines and Biancalani machines we apply the best finishing treatments to all our fabrics, in widths from 140 cm up to 330 cm.
Vallini has always placed great importance on R&D. Thanks to our 12 experienced designers we move fast on innovation. Being visionary and forward-looking is what sets us apart.
Fancy yarns carry irregular forms distributed randomly and periodically — and we add our own knowledge, technology and aesthetics. Most of our modern series are made from fancy yarns, and most of our double-beam looms are dedicated to them.
Sustainability
Sustainability is not only an individual responsibility but a corporate one. That is why we produce some of our fabrics with recycled yarns. With more than 200 employees, we are committed to building a more sustainable industry for our planet, our society and our people.
All Vallini fabrics are produced and certified under this standard — safe for contact with you, your children and your pets.
